We want to end worker exploitation within the security industry. This means ensuring that our own industrial practices are beyond repute whilst offering clients and security officers an ethical alternative.

We aim to be an employer of choice and a positive influence in the lives of our staff. We remunerate our personnel accurately, legally, and consistently. Every frontline staff member is appropriately trained, inducted and equipped prior to being rostered for a shift, and they receive regular refresher training to assist them in meeting the evolving needs of the Industry.

We support our staff through our National Operations Centre and our Employee Assistance Program and we encourage 360 degree feedback through regular management reviews.
